Viola Monde offers a curated mix of globally sourced pieces and an evolving in-house line. Many of our selections are handpicked from fashion destinations such as Italy and Spain, alongside original pieces created under the Viola vision.

Most styles are available in very limited quantities — often only one to three pieces per design. This allows each customer to discover something distinctive, expressive, and intentionally selected.

Each piece lists the fits available on its product page. Because our pieces are held in very small numbers, fit matters — if you are between sizes or at all unsure, send us your usual size or your measurements on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether a piece will work for you before you order.

Viola Monde is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and ships worldwide.

We ship across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and selected international destinations. Shipping availability will appear at checkout.

Jeddah: same-day or next-day, subject to timing and availability
Rest of Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days
GCC countries: 4–7 business days
Selected international orders: 7–12 business days

Delivery within Saudi Arabia is complimentary on orders over 700 SR. Below that, a flat rate of 35 SR applies. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Yes. Eligible clothing items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, and Viola Monde pays the return shipping — message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange collection. Accessories, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Because each piece is held in limited numbers, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may request a return and place a new order for the piece you would prefer.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will replace or refund the item in full, including all shipping costs.

We accept mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
