Refund policy
At Viola Monde, every piece is held in small numbers and sent with care. If something is not right, returning it is simple — and we pay for it.
1. Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
2. Free return shipping
Viola Monde pays the return shipping on all eligible clothing items. We arrange the collection — you are not charged to send a piece back.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn and in its original condition
- Free from stains, odours, damage or signs of wear
- Complete, with all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
4. How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +966 55 224 1115 or email info@violamonde.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We will confirm your return and arrange collection.
5. Exchanges
Because each piece is held in limited numbers, we do not offer direct exchanges. Request a return and place a new order for the piece you would prefer.
6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will replace or refund the item in full, including all shipping costs.
7. Non-returnable items
Accessories — scarves, bags and jewellery — and any item marked Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This is stated on each product page.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
